WHAT YOU GET
A simulation report you can
actually build from
Every simulation produces a full photometric report. not just a lux number, but a fixture layout you can confidently order and install.
Lux Level Report by Zone
Average and minimum lux levels modelled for each functional zone: office, corridor, meeting room, warehouse floor etc., so you know exactly how the lighting will perform before anything is installed.
Uniformity & Glare Check
Uniformity ratio and UGR glare rating modelled per zone, so light is distributed evenly with no hot spots, dark corners, or uncomfortable glare for occupants.
Fixture Count & Placement Plan
Exact number of fixtures required per zone, and where to position them for optimal coverage. This means no over-ordering, no shortfall, no guesswork on site.
WHAT YOU GET
From floor plan to
photometric report
STAGE ONE
Share your floor plan and brief
Send us your drawings — AutoCAD, PDF, or image — along with the space types, ceiling heights, and any compliance requirements. No need to specify fixtures upfront.
STAGE TWO
We propose the fixture specification
Based on your brief, we select the appropriate BRITE LED solutions — type, wattage, beam angle, and colour temperature — and model them in DIALux that can meet your requirements
STAGE THREE
Simulation is run and verified
We run the full photometric simulation — lux levels, uniformity, and UGR — zone by zone, and verify results against SS531 or your project's specific compliance requirements.
STAGE FOUR
Report and fixture schedule
You receive the photometric report along with a complete fixture schedule — product, quantity, placement, and wattage — ready for submission, procurement, or client sign-off.
