Space Analysis and Requirements Mapping
We review your floor plans and lighting requirements to understand the functional needs of each zone, the occupancy patterns, task requirements, aesthetic intent and lighting energy budgets.
DiALux Simulations
We will prepare a full photometric simulation of your proposed lighting layout, verifying lux levels, uniformity, and UGR compliance for each space against Singapore's SS531 standard before any fixture is ordered.
Fixture Design and Recommendations

Technical Lighting Advisory vs a Standard Quote
A standard lighting quote tells you what products cost. BRITE's technical lighting advisory tells you what your space will actually perform supported by a data-driven DiALux simulation to prove it before we proceed to start the lighting production process.
For new builds and major fit-outs, we work closely alongside architects and ID firms from the design stage to develop the lighting specification, running simulations, and verifying lux levels and energy performance against Singapore's SS531 standard before construction begins.
For existing building upgrades where the brief is to replace fittings like at existing lighting points, our process is different. We conduct a detailed site survey and prepare a product specification that matches your current fitting types and wiring. Same rigour, different starting point.
