Junction 9's facility management team wanted to improve the building's nighttime visibility and commercial presence by making it clearly recognisable from a distance even after the sun goes down.

High IP Rating for Outdoor Exposure
Strip lights on a building exterior are exposed to rain, humidity, and heat cycling year-round. In Singapore's climate, this our everyday climate. We proposed our BRITE High Durability LED strips rated for facade and outdoor use, designed to maintain performance without moisture ingress or degradation over time.
This is especially important as not using the right product is a costly mistake. Although they look identical at installation, they fail within months once exposed to rain and temperature shifts. The replacement cost and access effort will far exceeds the savings on the original product.
Precise Design and Measurements for Architectural Accent
Accent Facade strip lighting requires massive planning and plotting along a building's architectural lines, location of power supply, and the exact measurements of how long each strip needs to be.
We had made multiple rounds calculations, measurements and reviews to triple-confirm the individual length and design at the site to ensure that our design is precise.
Strips cut too short cannot be extended cleanly mid-run. Misjudged layouts result in joins at visible points on the facade. Getting this right before installation is what separates a clean result from one that needs to be redone.
